The firewall provides logs for traffic activity. This page displays the firewall logging messages, which consists of the following information:


Logging Message Table Description


Column Heading Description
Number The sequence number for the log entry.
Type One of the following:
  • Resource
  • Information
  • Warning
  • Error
Currently no log message of type Resource is generated.
Source One of the following:
  • Firewall
  • Network Resource Manager
Log Message One of the following:
  • Blocked Ether Type
  • Blocked Spoofed ARP
  • Blocked Spoofed IP
  • Blocked ICMP
  • Blocked IP Address
  • Blocked IP Option
  • Blocked IP Protocol
  • Blocked Domain Name
  • Blocked Port
  • Blocked TCP Option
  • Blocked UDP with No Checksum
  • Blocked DHCP Server
  • Disallow Promiscuous Mode
  • Firewall Profile
  • Firewall State
  • Interface State
  • Log Filter
Date Date of the log.
Time Time of the log.
Description Detailed information of the payload of each packet. The information typically consists of the source and destination IP address and port.

Button Description
Refresh Now Display the most current firewall log messages.
Clear All Logs Delete all firewall log messages.
Export All Logs Save all the logs in a comma-separated format.

Label Description
Range of log messages Displays the total number of log messages available and the numbers of the currently displayed log messages.
First Click First to display the first set of log messages.
Previous Click Previous to display the previous set of log messages relative to the current page.
Next Click Next to display the next set of log messages relative to the current page.
Last Click Last to display the last set of log messages.
