This page allows you to export the current configuration into a file. You can select the filename and also provide a brief description that is added to the top of the file. Once the backup is completed, a link to the file is provided. You can right click on the link and save the file to a folder of your choosing.
Note: You can back up the firewall configuration only if you are an Admin user.

| Backup Filename | This is the filename of the backup file created. The default value is export.txt. |
| Description | You can enter a short description of the configuration you are backing up. This is added to the top of the file, along with the date and time of the backup. |
| Configuration | You can choose the configuration you want to back up. The two components available for backup are Ethernet and Firewall. Not choosing any of them results in an empty backup file. |
